How to get to your blog
Open a Google search window, type in blogger. If you are logged in to Google, you will be directed straight to your blog dashboard.
Create a new post
Viewing your blog….along the blog navigation bar (near the top right), click on the New Post option.
Viewing the dashboard...Click the orange button at the top of the left-hand tool list that says ‘New Post’.
Get your pictures off your phone
Download the BlogGo app (super easy, costs $0.99)
OR
Upload pictures to Google Drive.
OR
Email pictures to your school gmail account, then upload to Google Drive.

Copy and paste pictures to a Google Doc

COPY IT
Find the picture on your Google Drive.
Double click to Open the picture.
Copy image. Go to your blog post, and paste.

DOWNLOAD IT
Find the picture on your Google Drive.
Double click to Open the picture.
Click the download arrow button. This will download to your temporary Google Files folder.
Go to your blog post, and click on the IMAGE icon.
Click on Choose Files button.
On the Google Files folder, choose the image and click OPEN.
When the picture is finished uploading, click on Add Selected.
Find the picture on your Google Drive.
Double click to Open the picture.
Click the download arrow button. This will download to your temporary Google Files folder.
Go to your blog post, and click on the IMAGE icon.
Click on Choose Files button.
On the Google Files folder, choose the image and click OPEN.
When the picture is finished uploading, click on Add Selected.
Upload pictures to your blog from your School GMail.
After you open the email, click the small grey DRIVE ICON on the right. This will save your pictures to DRIVE.
Find the picture on your Google Drive.
Double click to Open the picture.
Click the download arrow button. This will download to your Google Files folder.
Go to your blog post, and click on the IMAGE icon.
Click on Choose Files button.
On the Google Files folder, choose the image and click OPEN.
When the picture is finished uploading, click on Add Selected.
Rotate or crop a picture
Once the picture is in Drive, double click to open the picture. At the top middle, click on 'Open with' dropdown arrow and choose PicMonkey.
After you have adjusted the picture, save a copy of it. It will save to your Google Drive.
NOTE: If you rotate or crop your picture on a Google doc, those changes will not show up on your blog.
